1 hour seems to have become a standard for time spent at the gym, be it in a class format or individual. Add on time getting there, getting home and this can quickly turn into 2 hours, sometimes even more.


If your life has become pretty hectic with work, kids, chores and everything else seeming to conspire against you, but still want to build useful, real life strength to allow you to keep

No barbells, no high skill exercises, just the right movements and the right intent.

Ashleigh Road, Swansea (max 16 people per session)

Every Mon/Fri 12.30 & 1pm at Dunvant Park basketball court (max 6 people per session)
