Experience

2008-2020

Co owner and coach of Wales' first CrossFit affiliate, CrossFit Swansea, responsible for day to day running of the gym, creating programming and leading group sessions of up to 20 individuals as well as working 1 to 1 with clients

2020-Present

Co owner and coach of Outcast Strength and Fitness in Swansea, responsible for day to day running of the gym providing programming and coaching of both group and individual sessions

2021-Present

Working with Maggies Cancer Centres providing group movement and exercise sessions as part of their 'Where Now' 7 week post cancer treatment courses. In person at Maggies Swansea and also online for Maggies Highlands in Scotland

2021-Present

Creator and owner of online fitness program BagWOD, providing at home sessions 6 days a week via app with users from all over the world.

2022-Present

Owner of 'The Antifragile Movement' providing small group and individual movement, breath and strength sessions in person and online
