Service Description

A 6 week course designed to give you a deeper understanding of how you breathe directly affects your physical and mental performance and how you can harness the ability to increase your output through aerobic efficiency rather than just improving the ability to endure discomfort. After an initial breath assessment you will receive your own personal breath practice, you will then start with a 'test' workout followed by 5, weekly sessions, each designed to challenge your breath efficiency in different ways. Week 7 will then be a retest of week 1.
