The sled is the most accessible and useful strength and conditioning building tool available and up until farely recently unless you had a load of space, actually being able to use one was difficult.


Thankfully, almost all large chain commercial gyms now have sleds and turf which means it's much easier now to get the huge benefits of using the swiss army knife of strength and fitness equipment.
