This is where it all started, through necessity back in 2020 when the 'rona did it's thing. The gyms closed and the world became housebound. Equipment prices skyrocketed so I got to work and came up with a 8 week program designed to build some serious strength and fitness using just a DIY 20kg sandbag. It helped people from all over the world stay fit and sane and stands to this day as a fantastic resource.
